Restaurant where the chef proposes a menu with Vosges specialties

The restaurant takes its name from the fact that the place is in the middle of a spruce forest that in patois called itself Fies, by hijacking it became a fairy. You will eat their specialty, meat cooked over a wood fire. The menu is based on Vosges specialities that the chef does not hesitate to modify according to your desires. The decoration is warm with its fireplace in the centre of the room and the large bay windows give the feeling of eating out while staying warm. In the summer season, you will enjoy the outdoor space that will refresh you on hot evenings and make you live an authentic moment in the middle of the trees.

Nous avons déjeuner dans ce très jolie restaurant tenue par un couple de jeune très sympathique, nous étions prés de la cheminée ce qui donne un côté cosy, et qui ma bien réchauffer. La nourriture était excellente. Une entrecôte de veau tendre à souhait et succulentes. J'ai terminé mon repas par une mousse au chocolat tellement délicieuse que ma gourmandise en aurait bien remanger. Le service était parfait.

Rien à redire: service rapide, personnel agréable, souriant et professionnel, et surtout des plats copieux et délicieux à un prix plus que raisonnable au vu de la grande qualité des produits !!! La seule chose que je regrette c'est que le restaurant est éloigné de chez moi mais ça ne m'empêchera pas de revenir ça c'est certain ! À bientôt ????
