Restaurant where the chef proposes a menu with Vosges specialties

The restaurant takes its name from the fact that the place is in the middle of a spruce forest that in patois called itself Fies, by hijacking it became a fairy. You will eat their specialty, meat cooked over a wood fire. The menu is based on Vosges specialities that the chef does not hesitate to modify according to your desires. The decoration is warm with its fireplace in the centre of the room and the large bay windows give the feeling of eating out while staying warm. In the summer season, you will enjoy the outdoor space that will refresh you on hot evenings and make you live an authentic moment in the middle of the trees.
