Read moreLa Fouillotte is first of all the name of Thibaut's grandfather's farm: it is there that Thibaut tried his hand at brewing as an amateur before creating a brewery on Épinal with Florian and Boris. The names of the beers are tinged with poetry: Tropical Season, Secret Garden, Single Hop, Black Möbius to name but a few. From blonde to brunette, there is something for every taste and the three friends regularly expand the range. You will also appreciate the design of the bottles and the accessories offered for sale such as the wooden cut-out coasters.
