Julien Lambert is the son of bakers. Passionate about pastries, he has worked for the greatest: with Arnaud Laher, best worker in France, alongside Thierry Marx in Paris, and finally as Pascal Lac's sous chef in Nice. Julien Lambert and his partner Pauline have found the premises of the former museum pastry shop. They offer fabulous pastries, pastries, travel cakes and chocolates. All products are homemade. Delicious creations to taste on the spot in the tea room or to take away.

J'ai fait fabriquer un gâteau très particulier, d'après une image que je possédais. Il a été réalisé comme une véritable oeuvre d'Art. Les invités étaient stupéfaits. Chacun de le photographier sous toutes les coutures pourrait-on dire.Absolument magnifique et excellent. Mes plus vives félicitations au pâtissier . Encore merci.
