Un accueil très froid, je récupère ma carte de chambre, la porte ultra difficile à ouvrir, elle coinçait contre le montant et faisait un bruit de folie, chambre 207.
Je descend à l'accueil pour demander une autre.
Devant moi un monsieur qui, sans réservation demande une chambre mais explique que son budget est limité, la dame lui fait une offre, chambre taxe de séjour et petit déjeuner pour 96€ !!!
Moi, membre All Accord, en ayant réservé et avec une remise client de 5%, je paye 112€ !!! C'est bien d'être fidèle, évidemment je réclame une remise, que j'arrive à obtenir non sans mal.
Est ce normal en tant que client et membre All Accord de voir cela ?
Je fais au moins une nuit voir deux par semaine à l'hôtel, je vais revoir ma position par rapport aux hôtels du groupe, sincèrement.
J'espère aussi avoir une réponse sur ce sujet.
