Managed by ADAPEI des Vosges, the Les Érables training restaurant caters for employees with intellectual disabilities. The establishment can accommodate up to 200 customers, and employs disabled workers in the kitchen and dining room. The employees are supervised by monitors. The welcome is warm and inviting, and the dining room is well appointed. In summer, weather permitting, you can sit out on the terrace. The food is of good quality. The menu and daily specials vary. A wonderful discovery.

Restaurant très propre, spacieux, jolie terrasse, vraie nappes et serviettes, cuisine simple mais généreuse savoureuse
Menu de bonne qualité
J'ai été très sensible au concept : le personnel est composé de travailleurs en situation de handicap encadré par des professionnels. Ils ont tous le sourire, sont aux petits soins des clients, bravo à vous tous!! (Merci à Alexis qui s'est occupé de notre table) à bientôt !
