The L'Aromance restaurant serves fresh local cuisine all year round, using seasonal produce. The decor is warm and welcoming. On the menu: homemade foie gras, snacked scallops and truffled mushroom velouté, or calf sweetbread salad, pan-fried scallops and gambas, foie gras shavings and smoked duck breast for starters. Continue with andouillette with côtes-du-jura and black curry sauce. Finish with a gourmet dessert to end on a sweet note. It's sure to be a wonderful evening.
