L'Aromance restaurant serves fresh local cuisine all year round, using seasonal produce. The decor is warm and welcoming. On the menu: homemade foie gras, snacked scallops and their truffled mushroom velouté, or a salad of sweetbreads, pan-fried scallops and gambas, shavings of foie gras and smoked duck breast for starters. Continue with andouillette with côtes-du-jura and black curry sauce. Finish with a gourmet dessert to end on a sweet note. A wonderful evening ahead.
