Ginger-marinated sea bream, foie gras mi-cuit, Rossini-style tuna, roast chicken ballottine, chocolate raspberry tart... Dès l'entrée on sent les bonnes ondes et la bienveillance. Service excellent, les entrées, les plats sont sublimes. Tout est précis et parfait.
Le dessert "Tout chocolat" est exceptionnel.
