The Commune of Kilstett creates explanatory panels and illustrated with an old photo of the property to avoid their disappearance.

The names of the houses of Kilstettoises, most of them coming from their former owners, are still very often used but their history is unknown. In order to make them known to everyone and to avoid their disappearance, the commune has created explanatory panels on the names of certain Hoftnames and their origins. In front of each house, a panel illustrated with an old photo of the property, explains the origins of the Hoftname. A QR code present on each plate allows access via a smartphone to the information of the different plates of the route.
