Founded by Denis Fritz, it is now managed by Guillaume Guillin. It must be said that the successor has also adopted the values of the former owner, namely: the strength of advice and the sharing of the passion for wine. In this 100 m² shop, we will advise you and guide you towards the best bottles whatever your budget. The cellar offers nearly 350 references and, in addition to French wines and champagnes, it is open to flavours from all over the world. As for the exceptional vintages, it is rumoured on the Metz side that L'Ami Fritz has a few bottles dating back to 1888. Legend or reality, history does not tell us...
