The company's origins date back to 1904, when its grandfather Jacques Reinhardt set up shop as a butcher and pork butcher. Three generations later, Christian Reinhardt is at the helm of the company, which now has 18 employees. Located on the Zone Artisanale de la Bièvre, the workshop produces local takeaway specialties such as pâté lorrain, sauerkraut and baeckeoffe, and serves a daily menu in its restaurant. The company also supplies canteens and offers a catering service.
