What a pleasure it is to settle into this restaurant, with its lovely atmosphere and consistently well-crafted cuisine. Marjorie and Romain serve gourmet dishes such as snacked scallops with aniseed cream, or duck confit and pan-fried foie gras with winegrower's sauce. "Home cooking, good bowling and canailleries", that remains the perfect definition of Bistro des Canailles. New: don't hesitate to visit the new Break establishment next door. Néanmoins, par souci d'objectivité, je dois faire la remarque suivante concernant le plat du jour, servi ce mercredi midi, à savoir risotto aux crevettes. L'un des convives (nous étions 3) a trouvé ce risotto trop sec. Il eut été apprécié qu'il fût accompagné d'une sauce.
