A citizen's initiative gave birth to Graoucoop, a collective grocery store. The principle: you join the cooperative and become a member, you have a vote for the decisions; you participate for 3 consecutive hours every 4 weeks and you benefit from organic and local products cheaper than in the classic distribution networks.
