The participatory movement of the Incredible Comestibles was initiated in England (Incredibly Edible), conscious of a nature that suffers and a shrinking world, the goal is to restore people's ability to eat healthily and restore a share of nature to the city. Also, you will find several bins in the city of Metz composed of fruits and vegetables, you can pick them up and take them home, this is the principle of shared food. You can also participate in shared garden workshops in the Jean-Marie Pelt Park. And if you see bins that need a hand (knock out, give water…) by passing, take some of your time. Eating healthily and without harmful products for people and the environment is not a luxury but a necessity.
