Rhythmic, artistic or acrobatic… gymnastics expresses its diversity to the arenas of Metz. The tumbling is practiced on a runway of 15 meters or 25 meters where 5 to 8 acrobatics must be performed with rigor and perfection. You can also practice trampoline, this acrobatic sport is practiced alone or to two, the goal is to auction 10 acrobatics. The Metz club hosts about 950 licensees of all ages and levels every week. Occasional athletes, supervised by a team of teachers and coaches, graduates in gymnastics. The early childhood sector begins with playful activities (psychomotry) and admits children from 5 years in the artistic gymnastic sector (competition venues, physical preparation sessions, choreography, acrobatics). At age 16, we enter the adult sector: Aerobics, stretching, step, etc. Gymnasts differ in competition and reach the level of the championship.

Les coachs sont vraiment sympathiques et toutes complémentaires. Elles nous font travailler avec ou sans accessoires (tapis, élastique, ballon, altère, barre)
La salle est grande, les vestiaires un peu petits compte tenu du nombre d'adhérentes, et douches vétustes (et malodorantes)
