A name now familiar to all Messiners who like a night out. And all we want to do is dive in headfirst! Near Colline Sainte-Croix, the place is fascinating. Shelves full of jars just waiting to be opened to release their aromas. This rum-maker knows how to cook, blending fruits, spices, herbs and sweets, which they leave to macerate for several months. Arranged rums are in great demand, but there are 130 recipes to try. Some are said to be aphrodisiacs. Other mixtures attract our attention: tomato basil, vanilla coffee, banana flambé, or even... a mysterious "44" whose contents are a secret! Please note that new products are regularly added to the already wide range of products on offer.
