Les Fraises du Moun, an organic farm located in Mont-de-Marsan, offers a local, traditional production of certified organic strawberries. The strawberries are picked when ripe, so they retain all their freshness and flavor. The farm, typical of the Landes region, was founded in 2017 and grows strawberry plants in greenhouses under tunnels and caterpillars. The strawberries are picked by hand and packed directly into trays to avoid handling. This proximity avoids transport and preserves the quality of the strawberries.
