Embodying the3rd generation on this estate, Luc Faller pampers his 8 ha vineyard certified AB (2007) and Demeter (2010). He sees his vines as a playground for the local fauna and flora. In the cellar, he practices a minimalist vinification, intervening, he says, at the rhythm of cosmic and earthly forces in order to accompany the wine without forcing it. These beautiful practices give birth to very seductive vintages, whether traditional or natural. The Riesling Cuvée Matthias Vendanges Tardives is a pure marvel of spicy freshness.
