Domaine Sohler in Itterswiller: traditional wines, refined Crémant d'Alsace and three cosy guest rooms in the heart of the vineyards.
Since 1659, the Sohlers have been humbly and patiently nurturing their vines. On the estate's 10 hectares, François and his wife Nadine perpetuate the family heritage with a deep respect for the terroirs and the rhythm of the seasons. His philosophy? Not to make wine, but to let it happen. A fine example is his Crémant d'Alsace Brut, a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois aged 36 months on laths: finesse, elegance... and wisdom in the bottle. To prolong the moment, three bright, chic and cosy guest rooms welcome you in total serenity.
