Straddling Itterswiller, Epfig and Nothalten, Cathia and Jacky's 14-hectare estate exudes a passion for wine and hospitality. Their cellar, recognizable by its beautiful vaulted stone door and colorful stained-glass windows, is a cocoon where you can discover four fine ranges: Traditions, Vins d'Exception, Terroirs and Vendanges Tardives. La cave propose plusieurs crus, essentiellement en vins blancs ou un pinot noir de bonne tenue. L'accueil y est sympathique et le conseil pertinent. Après dégustation, je me suis orienté vers un excellent riesling grand cru, et un pinot gris, à prix corrects. Je n'ai pas accroché sur le pinot rosé, mais c'est par goût personnel, n'étant ps attiré par ce type de vins.
