On his 8-hectare AB and Demeter-certified estate, Luc Faller cultivates much more than grapes: he cultivates balance. A third-generation winegrower, he sees his vines as a free playground for flora and fauna. In the cellar, there's no rush: he vinifies gently, following the rhythm of cosmic and earthly forces, letting the wine express itself without constraint. The result? Sensitive, lively, deeply seductive cuvées. Special mention goes to the Riesling Cuvée Matthias Vendanges Tardives: a spicy caress in the heart of infinite freshness.
