In Alsatian, Emmebuckel means "mount of the bees". This charming hotel has 14 cosy and bright rooms (some with balcony) with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the hills of the Vosges. In the restaurant, you can sit on the terrace or in a large, chic dining room and enjoy regional specialities (Alsatian-style snails, salted turnip sauerkraut) and refined dishes (foie gras opera with gingerbread, candied lamb pastille). A good address.

6'th time at this restaurant. The food is really really good. For a small village in Alsace it is a great place to spend some time and eat.

De passage dans cet hôtel de ce jolie village calme pour du professionnel, j ai été sublimé par la vus de la chambre qui donne sur les vignes, une chambre très correct pour le prix. Que dire du service qui est très familial, le personnel est très souriants, avenants et très professionnels. Concernant le restaurant, nous avons une petite carte plus que correct avec des prix attractifs et surtout de la cuisine maison avec des produits frais et également cette jolie vue donnant sur les vignes.
Je recommande à 100% cette hotel / restaurant.
Petit plus, dégustation de vin tout les mardi et plusieurs cave à vin à moins de 5 min à pied pour ravire les papilles de ces gens

Im Restaurant Faller Emmebuckel in Itterswiller, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich habe schon öfters dort gegessen. Besonders die klassischen elsässischen Traditionsgerichte, wie Schlachtplatte, Baeckeoffe, Gougelhupf, Choucrutte garni, und andere, haben mir dort immer hervorragend geschmeckt. Natürlich auch der Elsässische Riesling, Gewürztraminer oder Pinot gris, oder Pinot Blanc.
