In Alsatian, Emmebuckel means "mount of the bees". This charming hotel has 14 cosy and bright rooms (some with balcony) with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and the hills of the Vosges. In the restaurant, you can sit on the terrace or in a large, chic dining room and enjoy regional specialities (Alsatian-style snails, salted turnip sauerkraut) and refined dishes (foie gras opera with gingerbread, candied lamb pastille). A good address.

Toujours un grand plaisir.
Vue superbe, serveuse aimable et sympathique malgré le monde, bon plat.
Leider war das Zimmer im ersten Stock nur Mittelmaß, es roch penetrant nach Munster-Käse (Teppichboden?).
Die Matratzen waren sehr jedoch gut.
