PETITCOLLIN DOLL MUSEUM
Read morePetitcollin, the last French factory of bathers, poupons and traditional dolls, offers the visit of its workshops. Opened around 1860, the workshop continues to make small friends complicit in children. The company Petitcollin reveals to the public its techniques and secrets of centuries-old manufacturing. In this way, you can live on the birth of babies and Poupées dolls, from the work of raw material to the finished product through all the phases of creation (face, hair and dressing). Finally, a museum area dedicated to the Maison house is accessible within the cultural space of the community of tin land. Thanks to a thematic course conducted through loans from private collectors and with the valuable help of the company, one can (re) discover the whole history of the brand and that of many models that have made and still shine the eyes of the children. SAN MARTIN CHURCH
Read moreThe first listed monument in the department, the church forms a complex heterogeneous ensemble. Almost completely devastated during the Great War, the building was rebuilt in the same way during a long construction project completed in 1952; in addition to rare Romanesque elements, the church had preserved its radiant Gothic nave, while its slender choir had been rebuilt in the flamboyant era and its bell tower added in the 17th century. J. and J.-J. Grüber created a set of coloured stained glass windows. The interior includes important furniture, including a 1528 Piétà attributed to Ligier Richier, paintings of scenes from the Passion (16th century) and a Way of the Cross by N. Untersteller.

Tin Tourist Circuit

It links the various places that have been notable in the course of this war, which began with bombing and invasion of the city by German troops as early as August 1914.
