Il y a d'abord eu quelques amuse-bouches, pour commencer un éclair salé, avec crevette, avocat, ricotta et espuma de bisque de homard. Ensuite, j'ai choisi le plat de poulet et de gnocchis. Pour le dessert, j'ai choisi la fraise par tous les moyens.
Tout était bien expliqué, et de nombreux produits locaux ont été utilisés.
Chaque plat était magnifique et avait très bon goût. Je reviendrai certainement ici!
