Restaurant serving regional products and a seasonal menu
From his open kitchen, the chef Franck Pons works with local products and changes his menu every three months according to the seasons. Only the must-haves remain on the menu (the traditional burger, the grilled entrecote, the first roasted veal chop, the gourmet coffee...). For us, it's the Discovery menu that we like from the starter to the dessert. Are you hesitating? Trust Aurélie, the charming wife of the chef!
