These delicious mushrooms are harvested in the autumn, during the "tilt", given to the instrument used to dig truffles, with the help of a dog's flair. The truffle farm of Navi offers the sale of truffle plants, the Maas truffles, Burgundy and fresh truffles during the season, as well as a range of products that are displayed around the truffle: terrine, spreads, honey, salt and fragrant oil.
