At the Palet d'Or, the palace never sleeps: this sign created in 1979 presents a multitude of delights. Since 2020, Marie Dufresse has succeeded André Cordel, after three years of baking on his own. Her gourmet specialities: the three chocolates and the mille-feuille. But the shop also offers a wide range of sweet delights: homemade chocolates, almond tiles, profiteroles, vacherins, creative tarts, shiny desserts, marshmallows... And on the savoury side: sandwich bread, sandwiches and a delicatessen corner. In summer, we love home-made ice cream and sorbets.
