Bergamote de Nancy has held the Indication Géographique Protégée label for over 25 years. This label is the initiative of three Nancy confectioners who decided to protect it by obtaining the IGP label: Maison Lalonde, Maison des Sœurs Macaron and Confiserie Stanislas, as well as Confiserie des Hautes-Vosges in Plainfaing. Today, this official label extends beyond our borders, protecting the heritage and expertise of our Lorraine confectioners.
