Suite à un vol de papiers , j'ai dû refaire notamment ma carte d'identité et je tiens à féliciter et remercier le service "état civil" pour son efficacité mais aussi son empathie et sa bonne humeur .
Rapides et efficaces , ils ont été les Leon de l'administration !!!????

Chaque fois que j appelle la mairie j attends plus de 20min parfois je dois rappeler plusieurs fois personne ne répond. Pas aimable à l accueil très froid , juste 2 personnes qui bossaient un déambuler parlant aux gens les,autres papotaient près de la photocopie parlant de leur vie privée, une lenteur extrême.. aucune amabilité aucun sourire je l ai signalé mais le maire n en tient pas compte.embauchez des gens aimables,motivés je déteste me rendre à la mairie pas accueillante, ils ont un salaire qu ils ne méritent pas..l attente à duré plus d une heure. Je me demande vraiment comment se font le recrutement ? Je pense qu il ne faut pas être aimable et competent ..
