Thomas Colson and Rémy Welter work the vines on nearly 9 hectares, with a progressive balance between gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois. This estate has 4 hectares of organic orchards, because here the key words are quality and authenticity. At the same time, these two friends have created a new, charming wine-making and marketing facility in the heart of Toul, in the former Cordier cellars (a wine merchant based on the port of Toul), which you can visit at your leisure and learn to taste.
