First of all farm, the estate of Sion is however on reservation gourmets of passage. The menus, local or gourmet, are exclusively made with local produce and local traditions. As a starter, choose andouille of Val-d'ajol on salad or salad (vegetables, liver gizzards, duck confit, duck monsoon). Continue with the roast pork with the oven with mirabelle plums or, for fish lovers, with wild salmon steak with cream of lentils. And for dessert, a little sweetness: the red fruit gratin, to fall.
