Basilica of Saint-Nicolas-de-Port of Gothic style, with a nave of 30 m and an organ composed of more than 3 658 pipes
This Gothic masterpiece was built between 1481 and 1560 in honor of St. Nicholas, bishop of Myra. Its architecture gives it the proportions of a real cathedral. The building is remarkable in many ways: its towers, topped by bell towers, measure 82 m and 84 m, the highest in France. The nave reaches 30 m and the pillars of the transept measure 2.5 m. The organ is composed of more than 3,658 pipes. As for the stained glass windows, they form a prestigious ensemble.
