The Perrin confectionery was created in 1950. If at the beginning, the confectionery made was only cooked sugar candies (bergamots, violets, poppies...) and sold to professionals, it opened to the public and knew how to diversify its products since the 1970s. Even today, the main specialities of the company are the jelly confectionery with assorted flavours and mirabelle plums and the bergamots. For those who wish to celebrate an event, the confectionery offers sugared almonds packed in charming boxes and other decorative objects.
