An authentic restaurant where the meat, which takes pride of place, is cooked in a bread oven at nearly 800 degrees.
At Pierre Bonaventure's, meat has pride of place. It all began in Portugal when Pierre, owner of the Mussipont restaurant, discovered the bread oven cooking technique. Brought to a very high temperature (nearly 800°C), the meat melts in your mouth. Amateur carnivores will be delighted by the carefully selected cuts. The dining room is a little cramped, but truly authentic, with its old-fashioned farmhouse decor: parquet flooring, Vichy tablecloths... The family business has been going strong since 1975, thanks to Pierre and his sons.
