At the Chalet d'Altitude, you will discover a menu that follows the seasons, but above all that draws its inspiration and ingredients from the neighboring cultures. The short circuits are thus privileged. A local cuisine, inventive and sublimated by a beautiful culinary creativity. You will love to taste the celery confit with hay, smoked eels, fish butter, braised farm pig's breast with its accompaniments to finish on a grapefruit confit, cottage cheese and tea sorbet. All this around a friendly Stammtisch.

Une super soirée, une super équipe, aussi beau que bon de l’amuse bouche au dessert en passant part le plat tout était parfait, merci au chef pour le digestif offert et les mignardise offert à l’occasion de la chandeleur ;) merci pour ce super moments à bientôt ????????

Petit déjeuner correct.
Horaires pour l accès spa correct, mais devrait être ouvert plus longtemps.
Chambre propre avec une petite attention spéciale pour notre venue.
Seul bémol : le restaurant partenaire qui est loin d'être à la hauteur de l hôtel.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment au Chalet ! M. Mathieu a vraiment le sens du service et de l’accueil, les plats préparés par Sébastien sont savoureux et originaux et le lieu est très agréable. Nous avons tellement adoré que nous y sommes retournés le lendemain ! Merci pour tout !
