The menu of the day is surprising by the proposed choices and the quality of the products used: cold tomato tomatoes, duck moss, toast eggplant, blue and sausage, veal paupiettes to white wine accompanied by potatoes, laminated asparagus and serrano, chocolate foam, artisanal Basque cake.
