A veritable institution, this pub-rock has been making a name for itself in Pagney-derrière-Barine, a small village in the Toulois region, for over 100 years. People come here for a drink, a concert, an exhibition or to dance the night away. The place takes its name from Paulette, rock's most famous granny, who sadly passed away in 2024, aged 101. But Paulette's legacy lives on. Family spirit reigns here. The pub lives on thanks to the support of friends and passionate volunteers.
