Thierry Nadeau has been host to his fat duck farm since 1997. Its motto, quality and freshness above all! Reared in the heart of the Landes, ducks are for a hundred stuffed days with corn grown on the farm. This producer is respectful of the traditions of the South-west and is proud of the South west cuisine. Known for the quality of its ducks, it offers other meats, such as guinea fowl or chicken, or charcuterie, as well as its delicious sausage. For the pleasure of an aperitif between friends or for an original souvenir, the "apérocanard box" will match your expectations: a box of gizzards and duck hearts (150 g), two boxes of foie gras (80 g one), a duck rillettes box (80 g), a box of duck we (80 g). Thierry Nadeau now shares his passion for taste by offering gastronomic stays, a beautiful program of flavours in perspective!
