Restaurant offering hearty dishes with an impeccable welcome in Escalans.
On the edge of the Landes region, 1 km from the Château de Caumale, on the airial of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church, Les Tilleuls restaurant takes us back to a time when people still knew how to take their time. Whatever the weather, you'll be seduced by the calm and serenity of the setting, and by the tall lime trees on the terrace. The chef concocts local and seafood cuisine, with a few Creole recipes inspired by his experience in Martinique. The restaurant is open on Sundays and public holidays by reservation only.
