The Easy Riser club is made for you: There are urban and sporting stitches! Invented in the 2000 s, this very comprehensive sport (which solicits 90% of the muscles in your body!) is to move on a metal structure fixed to the legs, the spring of which is curve to each impulse. As a result, you go faster, higher and further away… So, ten minutes of urban stitches is the equivalent of 45 minutes of running!
