Hotel Académie is a small hotel close to Place Carnot and the heart of the city, located between the tourist district and the commercial district, 5 minutes from the station (on foot) and 3 minutes from Place Stanislas. If the style and decoration of the whole assumes their vintage side, the establishment is well maintained and the prices relatively economical. The rooms, which offer basic comfort, were completely renovated in 2014. They are well soundproofed and each have a shower. The service is interesting for a few nights, if only for the price and location. The welcome given to the traveller is rather friendly and does not differ from the services offered.

Be aware, this hotel doesn't care about hygiene. The rooms smelled terrible and there were buggs in the bed. When we complained at the reception they didn't seem to care. The location was great, but next time we stop in Nancy we won't come back here, that's for sure.
