Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire, à l'écoute. Nous étions là depuis plus d'un an pour un déplacement concernant le travail (2022 à 2023) et tout c'est bien passé.

En attente d'un logement, j'ai passé près de six mois dans cet établissement. ayant un emplacement idéal (proximité du Parc Sainte Marie, commerces de quartier et gare SNCF accessible rapidement à pied) pour un coût raisonnable. J'ai eu la bonne surprise d'y trouver en plus le superflu... Il n'est pas question ici d'équipements accessoires (salles de sport ou autres services prisés). C'est à d'autres valeurs en place que je fais référence : la disponibilité d'une direction très à l'écoute et bienveillante à l'égard de toute sa clientèle. Quels que soient les problèmes rencontrés, il y a toujours eu une recherche de solution adaptée et c'est un professionnalisme rare dans un tel domaine.

Résidence située dans un quartier calme, avec commerces à proximité, pas trop loin du centre ville. Propriétaire accueillant, arrangeant et sympathique. J'y suis resté plusieurs mois et serais prêt à renouveler mon séjour.

An excellent address for a way or short stay. Personally 1mois I stayed there and half when I came to install me in Nancy. I had given the offers of the other hotels flat and there is no photo, level value is unbeatable. The rooms are clean, huge but well equipped, wifi, TV, small place to cook with refrigerator microwave etc... So I recommend.
