The Excelsior is an address not to be missed to discover a jewel of the School of Nancy in a Parisian brasserie atmosphere. An exceptional Art Nouveau decor with stained glass windows signed by Jacques Gruber, wooden furniture by Louis Majorelle, sculptures by Léopold Wolf or Daum vases. Très belle salle. Pour la voir privilegiez un petit déjeuner. Pas nécessaire de payer cher un repas médiocre. Aucun talent décelé dans les plats servis. Évitez les St Jacques snakées.

Cadre très sympathique, bonne ambiance et un personnel très sympathique !
Seul petit bémol pour moi , le pavé de rumsteck mériterait une petite sauce .
Un endroit à ne pas rater si vous êtes de passage à Nancy !
