It's a restaurant that should delight lovers of meat and good food! In the Rives de Meurthe district, Les Nouveaux Abattoirs is an institution that has been around since 1914. Taken over in 2018 by Stéphane Nierding, who worked there as a waiter for 13 years, this bistro specializes in meat and offal. You'll enjoy calf's head with ravigote sauce, beef tartare and fine cuts of beef, accompanied by home-made fried potatoes. Thanks to its friendly owner, the restaurant has a very convivial atmosphere.

Une excellente cuisine terroir copieuse, un pied de porc pané croquant à l'extérieur moelleux à l'intérieur, un régal de tête de veau sauce gribiche arrosée d'une ambiance familiale sympathique

Toujours un vrai plaisir d'aller chez Stéphane et son équipe....qui est vraiment extraordinaire et exceptionnelle....
