Goodbye the Monocle Coup, hello the brewery Saint Georges! Now held by the new generation of culture (and counterculture) nancesian, this is an address that is likely to become that of your canteen. But watch out, a top-of-the-range canteen, with a chef who worked twenty years at Schaeller, fresh and seasonal produce, amazing and very fragrant dishes, all for an affordable price… At top. The atmosphere is in the middle of the bistronomic, a high-end Parisian bistro style kitchen, with a painting of paint on the walls, a stage to host groups of the corner, a good-child theme evenings, and a small underground side that is pleasing to all generations. We'll come back! Three small words that are, for us, no doubt the best comment!

Je n'ai personnellement pas été emballée par ce lieu. Mes collègues davantage mais c'est moi qui rédige les avis. J'ai trouvé la salle petite, un peu bruyante et la cuisine simpliste. Ca fait l'affaire mais ce n'est pas transcendant. Heureusement le personnel est sympa.

Le cadre est agréable, le service est rapide et sympathique, la serveuse très professionnelle.

Néanmoins j'ai pris le filet de bœuf : la viande était caoutchouteuse, Jamais eu autant de collagène dans un morceau de viande. C'était immangeable : il faut mâcher 1 minute par bouchée pour que ça passe.
Le pain servi à table avec était mal décongélé, gelé au centre, et lui aussi extrêmement caoutchouteux.
Les légumes qui accompagnent le plats étaient fluorescents : je n'ai jamais vu cela, et s'ils étaient frais (ce dont je doute), ils étaient très mal cuits et relativement insipides : du surgelé certainement.
Enfin, la sauce accompagnant la viande était un fond de veau certainement sorti tout droit de chez Métro.

Pour un plat à 20€, je trouve ça indigne, surtout que c'est écrit partout "Frais", "Fait maison" et plein d'autres allégations (a priori) mensongères.

J'ai fait poliment la remarque sur la qualité des aliments servis, on m'a dit "Oui tout est fait maison"... ah bon.
Peut-être ai-je eu le malheur d'assister au dernier service étant arrivé vers 21h.

Peut-être n'ai-je pas eu de chance ?
Sinon il y a clairement un décalage entre le tarif et la qualité du repas, je suis franchement déçu, car le lieu était vraiment sympathique.
