Envie d'une très bonne part de tarte et d'un chef qui fait dans le 100% Bio et 100% local ? Sans hésitation foncez au cœur du Marché couvert de Nancy pour découvrir cette adresse qui travaille avec les produits cultivés en agriculture biologique, vendus sur l'étale voisine accolée au resto ! Un régal du plat au dessert dans une simplicité qu'on adore !

Le cuisto était très sympathique. Le plat du jour était une brochette de poulet citronnée avec de nombreux légumes, relevés par une pointe de sucré grâce à la figue fraîche.
C'était délicieux et juste ce qu'il faut en été ! Merci pour la découverte !
