"Cooking is when things taste like what they are", this sums up the approach of Au Bistronome. Located a stone's throw from Place Saint-Epvre, chef Julien Picard offers creative cuisine. Here, there is no menu, but rather a slate displaying the starters and dishes of the moment, which the owner regularly renews according to what is available. Only fresh, organic and local products if possible, all perfectly presented. The spirit of the house also advocates the initiation and the discovery of good wines and in good weather, we take advantage of the pretty terrace.
