"Cooking is when things taste like what they are", this sums up the approach of Au Bistronome. Located a stone's throw from Place Saint-Epvre, chef Julien Picard offers creative cuisine. Here, there is no menu, but rather a slate displaying the starters and dishes of the moment, which the owner regularly renews according to what is available. Only fresh, organic and local products if possible, all perfectly presented. The spirit of the house also advocates the initiation and the discovery of good wines and in good weather, we take advantage of the pretty terrace.

De passage à Nancy nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir le Bistronome. Une cuisine fraîche, de saison, travaillée et très joliment présentée. Des cuissons basse température comme je les aime pour garder toute leur saveur aux viandes.

Une formule le midi en semaine qui ne m'a jamais déçu. Ca cuisine vraiment : dans l'instant et du frais. Une jolie carte des vins au verre et des bières. Très jolie terrasse en été. Pensez à réserver, surtout le midi car de nombreux habitués satisfaits.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment Au Bistronome ! La salle n'est pas très grande, chaleureuse et conviviale et l'équipe accueillante. Délicieuse cuisine maison avec des produits frais, assiettes très joliment présentées. Nous y retournerons, c'est sûr !
