A small restaurant located in the neighborhood of Blandan, an expanding neighborhood with the development of ARTEM. À la carte, a generous and contemporary cuisine with traditional dishes of the house and others that change over the seasons. When you enter, the fat foie gras puts us in mouth and appetite. It is good and well presented. The grilled or the supreme of pintade, accompanied by a small fresh salad and potato cakes, continue in the same line. The cooking is perfect and the ingredients are well married. And what to say for the dessert of chocolate, or the merinate lemon pie, for once not too sweet or too lemon, to the flexible and crispy meringue at a time… Simple and delicious. A good address whose menus and menu change daily depending on the season and the market of the chef. A convivial atmosphere, especially weekends (Friday and Saturday) with theme evenings: mussels-fries; alsatian; Thailand; beef coast; Tapas… to discover with family or to share with friends.
Enfin bref, tout était parfait. La petite terrasse est cosy et très sympa .....

Car j'ai eu le temps d'aller à d'autre table dans la ville, d'on même vendu comme La crême of the Crême. Et c'est pour moi ce restaurant qui remporte la palme du meilleur restaurant de Nancy.
En plus de la meilleure ambiance.
Et du plus grand charme sans aucune prétention !

Qu'es qu'on est bien sur votre terrasse...
Tout dans le menu était délicieux, les brochettes de poulets à la cuisson parfaite, et assaisonement parfait et ensuite la pièce de boeuf fumé, ce qui est une première pour moi.
En temps que Limougeaud, j'aime encore plus la viande Limousine que la Wagyu...Et pourtant j'ai eu droit à déguster chez vous, une viande bien meilleure que bon nombre de bons restaurants que j'ai écumé dans ma région.
Et de plus, c'est une pièce pour Gaulois que vous m'avez servis et non une pièce pour petit ventre délicat Parisien , pour un prix tout à fait honnête.
C'était un régal absolu
