Cubes in which you are served delicious small dishes, hot or in salad, to take away or on the spot for a lunch on the go. That's for the "Fast" and vagabond side. As for the "Good" side, it's the choice of several ingredients to mix according to your desires: scampi, red mullet fillet, squid in parsley on the sea side; rump steak, duck breast or leg of lamb on the meat side.
